Based in the heart of West Yorkshire, the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway travels five miles through picturesque scenery, reaching Oxenhope at 660ft above sea level.

Since August 2017, we've produced two versions of our 'From The Footplate' DVD's at the KWVR, featuring two different engines, LMS 4F No.43924 and BR 2MT No.78022.

'From The Footplate: LMS 4F No.43924' DVD

LMS 4F No.43924 was built in 1920 at Derby Works, originially built to haul freight services, the 4F was a regular class of engine that ran on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway before the line was closed. Filmed in August 2017, join the crew of the 4F from a variety of different camera locations around the locomotive.

'From The Footplate: BR 2MT No.78022' DVD - New for Autumn 2019!

BR 2MT No.78022 was built in 1954 at Darlington Works, designed to work both passenger and freight services. Having recently returned to steam at Haworth in 2018, join the crew of the 2MT from a wide variety of different camera locations.
