📮Delivery and Returns Policy Update – Effective 1 January 2026

We are writing to inform customers of a forthcoming change to our delivery and returns policy, which will take effect from 1 January 2026.

Like many small businesses, we have been impacted by continued increases in Royal Mail postage prices. As a result, we must make a limited adjustment to some of our delivery charges in order to continue providing a reliable and sustainable service.

Updated Delivery Charges from 1 January 2026

From this date, the following postage rates will apply:

• First Class UK Postage: £3.00 per order
• International Postage: £8.00 per order

These changes apply to all orders placed on or after 1 January 2026.

Free UK Second Class Postage Continues

We want to be absolutely clear that free Second Class postage for all UK customers will continue throughout 2026. This remains our standard delivery option and will not change.

Customers who are happy to use Second Class delivery will see no increase in postage costs at all.

Returns

Our returns process remains unchanged. Full details of eligibility, time frames, and how to return an item can be found on the Returns section of our website.

We appreciate that any increase is unwelcome, but these changes are necessary to reflect rising postal costs beyond our control. We remain committed to keeping prices fair, transparent, and competitive while continuing to offer free UK Second Class delivery.
