‘The Pendle Dalesman’ hauled by LMS 5MT No.44932, running from Lancaster to Carlisle and return. Seen passing Swanside Viaduct, Helwith Bridge, Greengates, Birkett Common and Wilpshire Bank (hauled by Class 47 746 as the Black Five had failed at Hellifield).
