Delivery Policy:

1. Notifications

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched. The email contains the order number for your reference incase you need to contact us.

2. Delivery timescales - United Kingdom

If placed before 2pm, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Typically orders are delivered within 5 business days but we recommend expecting delivery within 10 working days.
Please note: In rare circumstances, during extremely busy periods it is not always possible to dispatch all orders the same day. To help ensure a specific delivery date (provided you give us 10 working days notice), you can email us at

For out-of-stock items, you can usually expect to receive the item within 2-10 business days. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

2.1 International deliveries

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, who passes the package onto your overseas delivery company.
International orders can take up to 28 days for delivery.

3. Postage Costs

Postage for the majority of our products is free to all customers. Select products maybe subject to a small postage fee. All products are dispatched using Royal Mail, orders are usually sent 2nd Class.

1. Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 28 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

2. Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 28 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original, unopened packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

3. Returns Procedure
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges (and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

4. Improper Returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
