Steaming Around Yorkshire at The Greatest Gathering

This past weekend we were delighted to attend The Greatest Gathering in Derby, a spectacular celebration of railway heritage bringing together locomotives, exhibitors, and enthusiasts from across the country. The event was a fantastic showcase of steam power, history, and community spirit.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited the Steaming Around Yorkshire trade stand — it was great to meet so many of you in person. Over the weekend we also launched our brand-new product ‘Legends Of Steam: Jubilee Class‘, focusing on the mainline and heritage railway appearances of Bahamas, Leander, and Galatea, which received many positive comments. We were especially pleased with the wonderful feedback on our 2026 Calendar, praised for its unique and innovative QR system that allows each monthly scene to be brought to life as a digital video.

As an exhibitor, we were fortunate to enjoy exclusive access to the site, capturing some incredible moments before the crowds arrived.
