‘From The Footplate’ – seven years on…
Today, 30th August, marks the seventh anniversary of when we stepped aboard LMS 4F No.43924 and filmed the first episode of ‘From The Footplate’ at the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway. Since then, we’ve filmed 16 episodes at various railways across the UK.
Each product allows you to hop aboard the footplate, joining the driver and fireman as they tackle the various gradients at railways across the UK. Each episode is filmed from multiple cameras on board the running plate and mounted around the steam locomotive. Lineside footage is also included in all products.
